Elastic Nail

Elastic stable intramedullary nailing (ESIN) is a minimally invasive technique. According to this technique, two elastic nails are introduced through the metaphysis into the medullary canal, advanced through the fracture site and impacted into the opposite metaphysis.

Titanium elastic nails are available in 7 different sizes, all with the same length of 400 mm.

The elastic nail is used in conjunction with the Tail cap.

Pointed elastic titanium nail facilitates insertion and positioning.

Tail cap prevents the titanium elastic nail from slipping out during use and facilitates removal of the elastic intramedullary nail.

Features

1. Elasticity: The elastic nails are made of titanium alloy and are elastic to accommodate biological growth and development. The elastic titanium nail does not constrain the bone too much and facilitates wound healing.
