Orthopedic Pulse Lavage System

The WELLTRUST Orthopedic Pulse Lavage System is a disposable surgical irrigation solution designed for orthopedic procedures where controlled lavage, wound cleaning or surgical debridement is required. Pulse lavage systems use pressurized irrigation to help wash and remove debris from the surgical site, and disposable configurations are commonly used in orthopedic and trauma applications.

The system features an ergonomic pistol-style handle with a finger-operated trigger. This configuration allows the operator to control fluid delivery directly from the handpiece during the procedure. A dedicated tip locking mechanism helps secure the selected tip and supports convenient configuration before use.

To accommodate different surgical sites, the Orthopedic Pulse Lavage System can be configured with different tip options. The long tip measures 270 mm overall, with a 233 mm indicated length for intramedullary applications. The brush tip also measures 270 mm overall and is intended for intramedullary debridement applications. The short tip measures 115 mm overall, with a 78 mm indicated section and a 35 mm cleaning section shown in the product configuration.

The system is suitable for orthopedic applications involving joint, trauma and spine procedures, as well as surgical wound cleaning and debridement. The different tip configurations allow healthcare professionals to select an appropriate configuration according to the surgical site and intended application.
