The WELLTRUST 1.5/2.0mm Maxillofacial Plate Cutter and Bender is a dedicated surgical instrument designed for the preparation and contouring of compatible maxillofacial bone plates. It combines two practical functions—plate cutting and plate bending—in a single hand instrument, helping support plate preparation during craniomaxillofacial procedures.

The instrument is designed for 1.5mm and 2.0mm maxillofacial plate systems. These plate sizes are commonly used in CMF fixation applications, where plates may need to be adjusted to follow the anatomy of the treatment site. Dedicated bending instruments are used to contour plates according to the required surgical configuration.

Two configurations are available. REF 3128-0122 is the Right version, while REF 3128-0123 is the Left version. Providing right- and left-sided configurations allows the user to select the appropriate instrument according to the desired handling direction and surgical setup.

The combined plate cutter and bender design is particularly practical when a maxillofacial plate needs to be trimmed and subsequently adjusted during surgical preparation.
